Designed to work with the current production Bosch Universal Plus mixer as well as older models, the LS1 Slicer/Shredder fits any Bosch Universal bowl that has a center column, making it a versatile addition to any kitchen. It includes three disks for shredding/grating (reversible for coarse & fine), slicing (reversible for thick & thin), and fine grating, allowing you to easily process a variety of foods.
Thanks to its one-pass design, the LS1 Slicer/Shredder maintains uniform product size no matter how long you run it, ensuring consistently perfect results every time. It fits onto the splash ring of the mixer’s main 6.5 quart mixing bowl, and comes with two drive pieces – one for each Bosch mixer model.
