Each Full Case (12-Pack) contains twelve #2.5 size cans, with each can holding 8 oz of powdered whole eggs. You can reconstitute one egg by mixing 2 tablespoons of powder with 4 tablespoons of water, and it’s not necessary to reconstitute when using with other dry ingredients. These eggs have a shelf life of up to 10 years when stored in a cool, dry place.
