Our BULK BOX contains a FULL 12x12x12 CUBE of succulent chopped Mushrooms! This is the same product as our Fancy Sliced Mushrooms, but with more small bits and pieces instead of larger slices. Great to use in seasoning blends, mixes, or in any dish that calls for mushrooms. Our bulk dried mushrooms are so low in moisture content, you can easily pulse them in a food processor to achieve the exact size desired.
Yield: 1 Cup yields 1 Cup (by volume) or 3 Ounces (by weight)
