The tablets also contain the following vitamins in percentages shown of their USRDA adult allowance: Vitamin A- 5,000 I.U., Vitamin D- 400 I.U., Vitamin E- 30 E.I.U., Thiamine (B1)- 1.5 mg, Riboflavin- 1.7 mg, Niacin- 20.0 mg, Pyridoxine (B6)- 2.0 mg, Folic Acid- 0.4 mg, Vitamin B12- 3.0 mg, and Vitamin C- 60.0 mg.
Each package includes five 24-tab pouches of Survival Tabs, providing a total of 120 tablets. With a weight of approximately 0.2 lbs per pouch and dimensions of 5.5 x 8.5 x 2.75 inches (W x H x L), these tablets are easy to store and perfect for individual emergency kits.
