Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 20 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
Directions: Mix the can contents thoroughly before opening (upside down & shaking). Remove oxygen absorber (do not eat!). For one serving: add 1/4 cup of mix and 1 cup of water in a pot. (May add more or less water for desired consistency. ) Bring to a boil then turn down heat to simmer. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Serve immediately.
