What is the shelf-life on our products? It depends. Most of our products have a 20+ year shelf life. Check the bottom of individual product page for more details.

How is your food packaged? Our food items are packaged in small serving amounts in mylar packaging. The products may come in a bucket or box despite the packaging shown in the pictures.

Shipping FAQs

How much do you charge for shipping? In the Continental U.S. orders under $200 cost $4.95 to ship while orders over $200 ship FREE.

Do you ship to AK & HI? Yes but it is more expensive to ship there.

When will my order arrive? We typically ship items within 2-3 business days via UPS Ground from either our UT or CA warehouses. Most food items come from our Utah warehouse and most solar panels come from our California warehouse. Length of transit depends on distance from the shipping warehouse.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? No. We ship via UPS or freight.

Where's my tracking number?There is sometimes a delay of 2-3 business days from the time your order ships to the time you will receive your tracking number. With that being said, sometimes you order will be close to arriving by the time you get your tracking number. The tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at time of checkout.

Missing Items FAQs

Where's the rest of my order? When stocking items with advertising shelf lives we walk a fine line of stocking enough products for our customers verses having product sit on shelves for too long. Because of this delicate process our products sometimes go out of stock without warning. If you have missing items, be patient, it will arrive soon in a separate shipment. You can rest well knowing that your shelf life will be as far into the future as possible.

Substitute Items FAQs

Why did I receive a substitute item? In rare instances you may receive an item that is labeled differently and/or in different serving to pouch quantities. When an item is discontinued or temporarily out of stock we may send you a substitute that is of equal value or greater. Please count the number of servings in the pouch and multiply it by the number of pouches received to make sure you received at least the number of servings you ordered.
