Our Story

NorthWest Fork learned from the best. Our friend Amos was an organic farmer and vegetarian before it was cool. Growing his family’s food in the Umpqua Valley taught him the organic gardening techniques that kept his produce fresh and pesticide free.

Healthy and sensible, just like Amos taught our family, remains at the center of NorthWest Fork’s products and business model. We keep it local, source responsibly and provide our neighbors and customers with the classic simplicity of wholesome ingredients.
