This not-too-sweet dessert is just what you need after a day on the trails, and preparing it is a breeze. The only prep work standing between you and your chocolate mousse (with a touch of coffee flavor) is 1 cup of water, 2 minutes
of brisk whisking, and 13 minutes of (im)patient waiting. Don’t forget to add the delicious graham cracker crumbs!

- Directions: Remove graham cracker crumb packet and set aside. Add 1 cup (240 mL) of cold water to filling mix. Beat briskly with two forks for 2 minutes. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over top of filling. Let sit for 13 minutes.
