The meat has been cooked and then freeze dried so it just requires some water and heat to reconstitute. You can add flavoring to your meat and since it is already cooked, your cooking time will be cut down saving you time. Directions: For 1 serving, bring 3/4 cup water to a boil. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup beef dices. Stir gently. Cover and let stand 5-10 minutes. Drain excess water and serve. Use in any recipe requiring cooked beef.
